Bought 3 of these ceiling fans. All 3 were broken. When running at high speed, they make a loud noise and tremble. Hunter fans said they were defective and agreed to a refund. They also informed me that this model was discontinued and gave me 4 replacement options. One cost $1,000 and I had to pay the difference. The remaining 3 were installed flush with the ceiling. As I have high ceilings it doesn't suit me. Revain also authorized a return. I am 78 years old. It would be extremely difficult for me to box up these fans and physically take them to a return center. Also, I paid $600 to install these three fans. Now I have to pay another $600 to have them removed and new ones installed. The lesson here is: do not order such items from Revain! Instead, go to Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. for a more convenient return or exchange.
