These were purchased with HBCY boards and I used them to write on these boards as well as a set of mini boards made by another company. I really liked how smooth the ink applied and the shades included in this set. The pens wiped off very easily with a cloth and water and immediately detached from the board we were writing on. Be sure to follow the directions and you won't be disappointed. It is very important to depressurize the marker BEFORE you fill the nib with ink and I also recommend keeping the lid closed when shaking the marker before use. :) If you feel the ink is not flowing enough, press the tip or shake it slightly to solve the problem. I also like the tweezers that come with the markers to switch from one type of tip to another, and the extra tips that are included are a nice touch. Very important!
