When trying to convert my old tubeless rims to tubeless I wasn't sure if it would work so I bought the cheapest stems and bands. along with orange sealant. I removed the kernel and used a compressor to pump it up with a Shrader converter. Although I had to keep pressing down on the converter because these stems don't have a bottom profile to mount the converter, I immediately mounted two wheels with no problems. Still holding air after a long ride and a few days.
