Know what you're getting

I live in an old mansion with a lot of 16 inch brick walls added in the last almost 2 centuries that the wifi router just couldn't handle it. This system works perfectly. and it was easy to connect. However, I was a little confused by the description. Somehow I thought that all devices are wireless and the big device in the picture was the main one, wrong. I ordered another pack of 2 smaller devices, like Well. It turns out that the big box is a WiFi box. You connect a small unit (these are direct connected devices) to the router. Anywhere else in the house you can connect another small box and connect it directly to your system. This works incredibly well for desktops and even laptops if you want to mess around with the cable. I've tested speeds from the basement to the 3rd floor attic with these devices and have had very little speed loss and no dropouts (18Mbps on my networks 20Mbps). . ). The Reless unit works well in the same space it was designed for. In general, I would recommend these devices for older homes that are difficult to wire or where a wireless signal is not possible. Keep in mind that the larger unit in the photo is a wireless unit and you will lose a small unit if you plug it into your router. Also note that these devices will not work in surge protectors and must be plugged directly into a wall outlet.
