Review on Lockstraps 901 Helmet Lock Black by Shah Bell

I will write to the manufacturer about this, let's see if they replace it for free. This is the second time I've replaced this lock as the combination gets stuck in either the locked or unlocked position. The second time around I did the smart thing and bought two Lockstrap combination locks. Both are set to the same combo - if one gets cold I can use the other and my helmet isn't tethered to my bike on the go. One of the locks broke today. In general, most of my locks last forever; at least 5 or 10 years so my experience with the lockstrap combo was very poor. I just read another 1 star review and realized that this "heavy duty" combination lock is protected by a damn headpin, and badly at that. Now I'm looking for a new solution for the safety of my helmet.
