I had heard of them from several people within my organization but unfortunately never got to try their products out until now! They have an amazing team that is willing help anyone no matter how big or small your needs are as long s they can be successful at helping get things accomplished for those needing support!! My work situation was very hectic so working during these times were difficult because everything took longer than expected therefore i did not enjoy this product much. However once all of issues resolved themselves there became more time available where using fathoms could benefit me greatly by being able tto manage projects easier which helped immensely. The ability to have an individualized view of each customer from their first interaction through completion of engagement is so valuable for my team! Being able to identify those customers that are most likely not going to complete tasks/sign up/etc is key! I wish there was more data available (e-mail lists) than just date range - would love if they had all year history as well!! This has been such huge help when trying new products or coming out with changes midstream.
