Good price needs more detailed instructions, cuts vegetables quite well.

Cuts vegetables very well. I can tell that it is disassembled to make another knife, but once we figured that out, we disassembled it while filling the nib, and then you don't know how to put it back together. There's some sort of guide on the side of the box that I can't figure out heads or tails. They are definitely in need of improvement. But it's easy to clean and cuts really well.
