If you've seen my review of another short sleeve version it's the same. I should note that when I went to the kids, they were running out of 5T long sleeve shirts. I went to the boys section instead of the toddler section and found the exact same size in a very small size. I assume a very small size would correspond to 4T. Hope that helps.
