Works fairly well. in my review
While I don't get the eye drop in my eye 100% of the time with the Remedic Eyedrop Guide Aid I do get it in about 95% of the time compare to about 20% of the time freehand.
I'm using it with refresh tears product and the bottle fits in it a little loosely but not too bad.
