sturdy yoga block on my review.

I only had one Hugger Mugger cork yoga block and another much more light weight, which wasn't sturdy enough.
I feel more secure now with 2 sturdy yoga blocks

Pros

Not squishy like most foam blocks. Solid but not hard like wooden blocks. Love them!

Cons

Can be more expensive than foam blocks

I LOVE that this block is both "heavy" and "light". I have never liked the foam blocks because they feel too light like they will slip out from under me when doing a precarious pose. I love the wooden blocks but they are a bit heavy to lug around. This block is awesome. It gives me a secure feeling when I''m leaning on it for support and it''s light-weight enough to carry around comfortably. Well worth paying a little extra and getting this block instead of the foam ones.
