I needed to increase the humidity in a space that had ventilation being pumped into it, so I purchased it. As a direct consequence of this, it increases just slightly, by 5.7%. I am unable to turn it on at night, and the buzzing noise it makes may be rather bothersome during the day. All in all, the purchase was a complete mystery to me. The device is functional, it can be operated from a smartphone, and it only requires 4 liters of water to be refilled once a day. However, I am unable to use it throughout the night. Having this drawback: There is a buzzing fan, and the loudness is not related to the amount of humidification being provided. While it is not extremely audible during the day, it becomes very irritating in the evening and during the night. Buzzing is the primary issue, which is why it is impossible to use it continually. There is also some gurgling that can be heard occasionally.
