absolutely LOVE it!
We love our new "fireplace". It was easy to install. We screwed a 1.4 across the opening of our existing, never used fireplace insert and installed it in front of it. The bottom of the device is at the bottom of the chimney, although it does not require support. I am very satisfied with the result. The only disappointment was that the remote had to be almost directly in front of the unit for it to work. Since I have to get up to use the remote control, it's somewhat useless. I can completely tell the difference in room temperature with and without the unit running.
