The product arrived well packaged. Delivered on time. Very easy to set up. However, performance is less than good. I would say good at best. The picture isn't great. Many things can contribute to a bad picture. Cable, TV, Cable/Satellite TV. I have 4 TVs in my room. I use high quality HDMI cables. TV brand new 4K Samsung. On other TVs that are "wired", the picture is perfect. I chose this product to avoid wiring to the TV behind the bar. I will install this hard wire as soon as possible. Do not get me wrong. This product has a purpose and I think it's ok. However, if you're looking for a high definition picture or a crystal clear picture, expect that an HD TV will not live up to your expectations. It didn't exactly match mine.
