Review on πŸ”§ ATOTO AC-UTP1 USB TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System for ATOTO A6 & S8 Android Car Stereos (External Sensors) by Shree Carmean

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy installation, I don't know how exactly.

UPDATE 4/17/21 I installed this on my new Atoto S8 Ultra and it worked for a couple of weeks and then just died. I can't get it to work. Won't connect! Tried another app, same thing! I would hate to think that I have to shell out another $80 just to keep it running for just a few months! Not at all satisfied. ==== Initial Review ===== I got this for my Atoto A6 head unit. My car has a tire pressure sensor, but it doesn't tell me which tire, so I have to check each tire individually. I thought that would fix the problem. It shows exactly which tire is flat. Installation was easy and straightforward. First I followed the instructions and mounted the caps first. When I started the car, 3 out of 4 tires reported leaking. So I pumped the air up to 36psi, then screwed the caps back on (with the engine running), after that all 4 tires were fine. Not sure how accurate they are because after pumping 36psi it was under. I wonder if my pump or this device was inaccurate. Atoto A6 has pre-installed software and recognizes the device immediately. I would have liked more USB inputs on the back. This uses one of the USB ports on the back. So if you have an Atoto DVR, you're good to go. Once installed, it was just a matter of personalization on your part. Overall, this is a good buy, but there are cheaper alternatives. I just want to get the most out of my Atoto A6 device. I have basically everything you can get for the Atoto A6: WiFi, OBD, dash cam, rear camera, external microphone, steering wheel controls. Everything is connected on the back and works fine!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Some little things
