I love this cutting board! My girlfriend and I love to cook and we are so glad we found this chopping board after lots of comparison shopping. We really didn't want to bring anything overseas for something like this as it comes into direct contact with our food on a daily basis. We had a lot more certainty that a US based company would be better regulated and much more sustainable in terms of the materials used. The actual cutting board itself simply blew our current bamboo boards out of the water. These bamboo boards always break and fall apart within a few months, but this walnut board is just superbly crafted and you can tell right away it's playing on a whole other level. There are no cracks on the board at all. The edges are rounded to prevent cuts. The juice grooves are nice and deep and really worked for a long time. It's just a nice tool to add to our kitchen arsenal, and it's about that time in our lives when we're willing to spend a little more to get really good appliances that will last. and prove yourself in our house. I can't wait to see what else comes up with Heritage cookware. Super impressed
