This new vehicle was purchased in January 2017 it is now June 2020 and it is still working. We've never had a problem with the device itself, we reset our entire setup (modem + router) about once a week, just a 10 second full shutdown and reboot if something seems buggy, but considering how heavily we use it using it, this is acceptable (and we're sure it's mostly because of our modem, not the router!). We have 3 people working remotely all day and VOIP calls and Teams/Zoom calls throughout the day, plus regular web chats/email/Teams chats/remote desktop. Plus a home FULL of connected devices 24/7 (phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, Roku, Echos and Dots devices, smart home devices, security systems, etc.). Indeed this router serves us well, the only problem we have is that our house is big and insanely well insulated (100 year old SOLID house) so a WiFi booster is a must for us if we reach the other end of the house from where the router stands (maybe it would be better to place the router closer to the middle of the house, installation lesson learned! :)). However, outside of the home we also have excellent coverage, we're on acres and I can still get coverage from a router that's over 1000ft from home, which is great if we're streaming music or TV while we enjoy our outdoor areas!
