My 2000 Grand Cherokee has factory Infinity speakers. The tweeters needed to be replaced as they were dirty and messy at best and ruined the rest of the system. especially when the volume was turned up. I chose them because of the price and the reviews, I'm very glad I did because the build quality seems to be high and the sound quality is amazing. I was expecting a lower sound quality, but I think technological advances have improved over the past 17 years. Installation took only 15 minutes: - Remove all dashboard trim covering the speakers. (This part is the length of your dashboard) - Detach the factory speakers by pressing the tab on the white clip. - Unscrew the two screws on either side of the factory speakers. - Replace the factory speakers with new jgcparts speakers. - Screw the screws back in - Connect the speaker terminals - Mount the paneling - Have fun!
