My old grease gun finally gave up and I needed a new one to service a couple of mowers, a lawn wagon and a machine on the go. road trailer. A flexible hose is needed to get into some tight spots on mowers. I considered mini syringes and cheaper Alemite-like pump models, but decided to spend a little more money for a much higher quality (probably better quality than I really need). Having only had it a few months I really can't confirm a leak as the grease ages/breaks down. But the gun loads the cartridge easily, there are no leaks from the gun (but you should check the tightness of the hose etc before use), it connects/disconnects easily from the fittings and it generates more than enough pressure to to get the grease uniform in dry fittings. and joints (will this work on my knee?).
