Review on Chantal Stainless Steel Classic Teakettle by Nate Forleo

I will never buy this product again. Within 3 months of purchase and after minimal use the paint was chipping on the outside and inside of the kettle. It could no longer be used as the interior paint was peeling off from the water. The teapot was also rusty on the inside where the paint had peeled off. The screw that fastens the small handle to the lid of the teapot was also often unscrewed and torn off. I contacted Chantal hoping for a replacement as the kettle was poor quality and I had only bought it 3 months ago. They offered very poor customer service and said it wasn't their fault and all they could offer me was about $20 for a new kettle. I used to run a retail store where we sold Chantal teapots alongside other high quality tableware, but I will NEVER buy this teapot or any other teapot from this company again.
