Review on Durable Diamond Drill Bits for 💎 Precise Drilling - Bastex Diamond Drill Bit Pieces by Larry Daniels

I just got this assignment so I didn't have much time to do it. But I immediately tried one of these on a rum bottle that I wanted to turn into a lamp. I made sure I have cold running water over the bit and drill area. Following the example of others, I started at an angle until the bit was deep enough not to slip. Then I gradually straightened the chisel until it landed right on the spot I wanted to drill. Again. While maintaining the water supply, I applied medium pressure to the drill bit and made the hole in a few minutes. I thought it would be much faster based on feedback from others. After I was done I examined the hole and saw that it was nice and smooth with no jagged edges. Very satisfying. But when I inspected the drill bit I was using, it turned out to be quite dull and had some diamond grit left at the end. Most likely, this is a little over. The reason for the 3 stars is that while the price was good and the shipping was very fast, the quality wasn't what I expected. Other reviewers (not of this product but of a competitor) said they could drill a hole in a bottle in about 15-20 seconds and reuse the drill frequently. I had hoped for that here, but didn't experience it.
