You can't imagine - an eyebolt that can't be screwed into wood! This is coming from someone who knows the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver. Check the end of the eyebolt - it's tapered, not threaded. After drilling larger and larger pilot holes, it still didn't stick to the wood or begin to set, and it took some effort to set. Who could have imagined such a result with something as simple as an eyebolt. Now they end up in the garbage can along with the rest of the metal waste. Buyer warning!
