review of the fancy Rosewell 1.2L polyurethane bicycle and mountain bike saddlebag. Bought before a trip to Moab and it failed the first trip on the first day. You can see in the photo that the side materials of the bag are so thin that you can see through the material (like it's a bug screen). ERROR MODE: The top "seat tether" failed 40 minutes into the ride. Once this releases the seatpost strap that was detached from the saddlebag. Pros: Great for showcasing a bike for sale. Cons: Roswell is cheap, thin, and not designed for advertised form or function. RECOMMENDATION: Pack your tools in a backpack or buy a decent saddlebag; When you use this bag, you end up carrying it home in your backpack.
