Review on 🍳 Cuisinox 12-Piece Super Elite Tri-Ply Bonded Cookware Set in Stainless Steel, 9x24x14 inches by Wendy Johnson

I have a Cuisinox Dutch Oven that I bought 7 years ago. In general it holds up well so I bought a full set. I have a Dutch Elite oven and the new set is Super Elite. Product quality seems to have gone downhill since I bought my original Dutch Oven. Stainless steel machining is much rougher on the underside of lids, along the edge of the lid, and on the inside curves of the bottom of many pots. There are also many small scratches on the edge of the pan. Considering my old Dutch Oven is almost 8 years old and has fewer scratches than this new factory oven, I give it 3 stars. Otherwise the range of sizes in this set is wide and everything I need except for a large stock pot which is made to order. And I think I'll buy the top half of the water bath since I now have a pan to go with it. I haven't used the set yet so hopefully it will work as well as my original pot despite the aesthetic flaws. And considering I paid CAD 80 for an original Dutch oven smaller than the one in this set I would say the price is very good despite the exchange rate.
