Thick caliber is the winner!
The first thing I noticed was how thick the gauge on this stand is. They aren't joking when they say it's a commercial strain. This is way better than my old rack and I can say it will last me for years. Using non-stick cooking spray will make cleaning easier. So far I've used it as a cooling rack for cookies and empanadas. Next I will use it with meatloaf and bacon. Highly recommended.
