These shoes are very cute and go with many of my daughter's outfits! My daughter is 15 months old, weighs 21 pounds, foot length is about 12 cm; She just recently got into size 4 shoes. According to the size chart and reviews, I ordered a smaller size (6-12 months) and they fit perfectly! I've added photos to show the difference in size and length. The white shoes pictures are the ones I just bought from Walmart and I bought a size 3 and a size 4 to see which would fit my daughter best. As you can see, the shoe size is 6-12 months. close to US shoe size 4 and size 3 is smaller than shoes for 6-12 months. I gave 4 stars because the size is not true to size and I had to bet what size to order based on reviews and unclear size chart. The shoes are also thinner than I would have liked (shown in the photo, fold very easily) but I'm glad the bottom is rubbery and stiff and the soul is a little padded. They appear to be well made and I love how easy they are to put on my daughter's feet with the velcro strap that can be adjusted tighter or looser.
