Weight limit is grossly overstated

Bought a year and a half ago so I can move my new 28 lb band saw. The base is rated at 400 pounds. not even close. The cams used for lifting are made of thin material. I don't move the bandsaw very often, but it's a chore every time because by lowering the first wheel, you're essentially raising nearly the entire 280 pounds. The part of the cam that you press on with your foot is about 3/4 inch in diameter. If you don't wear shoes with very durable soles, they will hurt your foot. second problem. I rarely move the saw (every 3-4 months) but each time it got harder. Last month I couldn't lower the wheel at all. After getting on my hands and feet to inspect the cam, I saw why the camera was becoming warped over time. In the picture the top one is brand new, the bottom one looks like it has been used 4 or 5 times. Portemate will replace the camera without question, although I bought it a year and a half ago, but I doubt I'll be the first to have this problem. If I had to guess, I'd say this base's rated capacity is probably closer to 150 pounds.
