While I am resting and recovering, I got this so I wouldn't just be a slug. It is a good enough piece of equipment for keeping it up but not too hard. It works for what I would call "modified sit-ups" on my bed. A few bicep curls while sitting, a little bit of rowing. But the materials and the design clearly are not for those of you who are looking for a real workout. I'll be back in shape in maybe 6 weeks, then this will be donated.
