Small and powerful (I bought the 200w version). Takes up very little space in the aquarium. Easy to set up. I was able to set up everything I needed from the outside of the aquarium without getting my hands wet! This is different and way better than other heaters I've used in the past. You will like it too. UPDATE 1 1/2 YEARS LATER: I still like it, but there is one major downside that came up after a year. The digital display is hopelessly fogged up and unreadable. So now I can see when the heater is on and off but I can't tell what temperature it is and I can't set the unit to a specific temperature BECAUSE I CAN'T READ THE NUMBER! If I had known that a year and a half ago I would not have bought it.
