Good Replacement - Durable/Reliable TBD

Total installation time to remove a defective latch and replace with it was less than 10 minutes. About 5 minutes to loosen the screws and screw in the new latch and another 5 minutes to adjust so that the new latch works smoothly. Fits my door perfectly, although my OEM latch had a slightly more boxy style than the Tribeca style which is a bit more oval. However, it installed flawlessly and works as expected. It was cheap and some other reviews say it doesn't last, but I'll keep an open mind. It's been over 2 months now and no problems. Will try to remember to come back in 6 months and a year to update this review and comment on durability.
