Good Replacement - Durable/Reliable TBD

Total installation time to remove a defective latch and replace with it was less than 10 minutes. About 5 minutes to loosen the screws and screw in the new latch and another 5 minutes to adjust so that the new latch works smoothly. It literally took two minutes to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. I hope this lasts another ten years :) UPDATE: I had to buy more original parts about every 15-24 months. They're relatively inexpensive and easy to install, so it's not a big deal, but the metal "insides" feel a little "softer" and the mechanism loosens with frequent 365/24/7…
