Poor product good for cleaning tools

After assembling the mop, the sponge came off the handle after the 2nd use. I just blamed it on user error. I put the sponge back on the USED IT 2 more times, it came off again. I checked YouTube to make sure I put it on right and then we drove up north for two months and came back and used it, it came back. I no longer believe this to be a user error, but a design error. If you rotate the mop while mopping, the hook holding it in place moves and the sponge comes off. piece of trash.
