The product is clearly not what you advertised

I bought this LinkSys AC1200 wireless router just to beat it, it's not endorsed by LinkSys! Judging by the model number, my modem was made for the internet company Vivint! It came with no installation CD or instructions. Going to the LinkSys website for SW didn't work either. According to Lsys support, they don't even support this model even though it clearly bears their name. Why would you sell me a product that clearly doesn't match what you advertised? Very disappointed!
