The support team is really helpful when you need help with any questions or issues that arise during implementation of our security program. There are times where I have had some technical difficulties (such as being able solve an issue) but they were always very quick in getting back up-to speed for me! We use them primarily because their services can be used at no cost compared other companies who charge us per incident/incident response etc which we do not want nor would it make sense financially wise!! Their product works great though - so overall my experience has been good :) Have implemented several programs including PCI DSS compliance certification using SCAMPER technology from Securicentricsoftware.com.
