The customer service is amazing! I have never had an issue with them while working in this position for over 2 years now (since 2016). It was hard to find good people at first but they've gotten better since then!! Definitely go through their training program because it's great if you don't know anything about POS systems or accounting software like that yet. They are very helpful when explaining things as well once your trained up enough. Keep track of inventory more efficiently than before by scanning bar codes directly from receipts instead of entering manually everything again every time we get one new receipt which isn’t always often haha.
