The customer service is amazing! I have never had an issue with them while working in this position for over 2 years now (since 2016). It was hard to find good people at first but they've gotten better since then!! Definitely go through their training program because it's great if you don't know anything about POS systems or accounting software like that yet. The system is easy to use; it has all of my point of sale needs covered (including POS). I can pull up any information about an employee or customer in real time! It's great for our restaurant because we have one central database that gives us access from anywhere at anytime!!
