Easy booking of tours with multiple options like in-house or external suppliers; easy integration into our CRM system (Salesforce) via API so that we can send automatic emails when bookings are made by clients as well! The customer support team could be better at responding quickly - sometimes days pass without any response from them which makes us lose confidence especially during peak season/busy times!! I would recommend this product if you have an existing tour operator relationship but want your customers booked through one place only instead having several different vendors managing their accounts individually online etc.; easier management overall than keeping track yourself using spreadsheets and emailing each vendor separately about every little detail regarding travel plans / confirmations & payments received over time!
