Whether used on an electric bike as a power switch this thing worked on 100 degree high temp days on any cool wet morning so there was never a problem, I turned it on and off Used once a day as a key to turn off the electricity. I am very happy with this purchase. My old fuse overheated and was corroded by moisture. This continues to work perfectly
