When I ordered the device, I was in a hurry.
When I ordered the device I was in a hurry (tired after work in the evening) and didn't read the whole description as I needed it for a customer. I saw 110V and ordered in one click. When I opened the package I found a 220v ballast with a 110v plug, how does it work? In China, too, the manufacturer must know the difference. Replacing the plug with 220V will void the warranty. I live in Central America and cannot use it. Also run it with a surge protector, it seems to me that the old one failed due to power surges.
