This memory is compatible and works on Lenovo X120e. After seeing many laptops this would work on, including other Lenovos (though newer than mine), I decided to give it a try. I bought 2x4GB flash drives, and at first the laptop did not start, and the screen did not even turn on, although it made 5 very characteristic beeps. Opened it up, switched the flash drives between the two banks, made sure each of them was fully plugged in, and VIOLA booted with no issues, and Win 7 Pro saw all 8GB! That's good in itself, as Lenovo has stated that the X120e only supports up to 4GB, but can actually hold upwards of 16GB, and I've even read a 32GB copy with no issues. In any case, this RAM is identical to the Samsung memory installed in my laptop, only 2 GB more per bar. I highly recommend it as it's the best value RAM I've seen for 4GB DDR3 PC10600 sticks and it's a genuine Samsung you can't go wrong with.
