Review on πŸ”Œ CELLPOWER CPUSB01: 12V to 5V MiniUSB Power Adapter for Street Guardian SG9665GC DashCam and other Mini-USB Powered Products with BDP Low Voltage Cut-Off by James Daniels

Works well even if the manufacturer doesn't give any details

Now I've installed two of them. The reason I bought them is probably the same reason you're looking at them - Battery Discharge Prevention (BDP) features. The provider encourages you to use a switched circuit, which defeats the entire purpose of BDP. If you want to activate parking mode, you CANNOT connect it to a switched circuit. You need an always-on circuit, e.g. a cigarette lighter, or in one of my cases the wires going to the card are illuminated by the rearview mirror. There are cheaper mini USB adapters available if you want to plug it into a switched circuit and only use the recorder with the car ignition on. very cold weekend. This tells me it doesn't use a lot of power to convert to the 5 volt USB required by the dash cam. I use the Viofo A119S in every car, no matter how much it costs. Even if the price seems quite high for the price, I am still satisfied with the purchase. Two of these are installed and there have been no problems for several weeks.
