It is easy to navigate through all areas with ease! I love how it can be used as an online tool or app when working in your office/home environment too!! There are times where there could possibly have been more options available but that's not really anything major because everything works great so far.

The best thing about this program would probably being able improve customer service by having other employees check out their product while they're at work (or home). This helps keep them informed without actually asking questions which saves time & money along wtih making sure everyone knows what needs attention first hand instead going thru email threads etc..
