Sometimes breaks

Something is wrong with the way he makes K-cups. I can't say when that will happen, but sometimes it doesn't pierce the K-Cup properly, causing the chamber to overflow with water and coffee and leak around the top. It then seeps into the machine itself. Then I have to clear the counter, lift and tilt the machine to allow the coffee to spill out of the machine itself. Then I have to clean everything around the area where the water flows into the cup k. This is a huge mess. This has happened 4 times and I've made about 20 cups of coffee so I never know when it's going to fail.
