I have owned this for less than a year in a family holiday home. Certainly not used every day. Maybe once a month for a few days. Now a lot of steam comes out of the top and the water consumption is only a few ounces. If I use 14 oz. That gives me 8 if I'm lucky. It splashes everywhere. I liked the large tank, small enough for a small kitchen counter to fit under the cabinets... now it doesn't work. So very disappointed.

I LOVE this coffee maker! I have had several K brand manufacturers over the years and this one is just as good or even better. To have a water tank at this price is so nice. I keep room temperature filtered water in it and get hot coffee very quickly. I love that the tray is handy for holding cups of different sizes to keep spills to a minimum. I can't say anything bad about this car. I will update if this ever disappoints.

Absolutely the best KCup coffee maker I have ever owned. And I had all the Keurig makers. Tired of their high prices and decided to look for something smaller and cheaper. I read all the reviews of every Kcup coffee maker and chose this one and I'm very glad I did. The taste of the coffee is amazing as the water is so hot. Something is wrong with the way he makes K-cups. I can't say when that will happen, but sometimes it doesn't pierce the K-Cup properly, causing the chamber to overflow with water and coffee and leak around the top. It then seeps into the machine itself. Then I have to clear the counter, lift and tilt the machine to allow the coffee to spill out of the machine itself.
