I like how easy it is to set up and create your own reports. The software is very user friendly and has many options for different types of practice needs. Reports can be created in minutes instead of hours or days. There are some things that could use improvement. The report generation process takes a long time. Sometimes it freezes and you have to restart the program. Sometimes the program will crash if you try to close out of the program too quickly. If you are looking for a great way to keep all of your records organized then this is the system for you! It helps me organize my records by date and location. This allows me to see exactly where my patients came from and what tests they had done.
