Edit: 7/11/21 I've only recently used them to cut chicken wings (drum wings from flat ones) and it was easy. With my last pair of scissors I struggled to cut them, with these new pair of scissors it was like cutting a piece of paper. Excellent! I've had these scissors for about 2 months now. I've been looking for a decent pair of kitchen scissors for years! I wanted something that could easily cut through flesh and bone. I finally found her! The KookTool kitchen scissors are amazing. They are very large and give you more cutting power. This can be an issue if you have very small hands, but I'm only 5ft 8" and my hands aren't big at all and they work great for me. The blades are a solid piece of metal that goes under the material of the handle. I was a bit concerned about the material of the handle as it's kind of plastic, but it feels very hard and strong. It's definitely not the cheap plastic you find on regular scissors, and it's thicker with a nice texture that allows for a good grip. I have washed these scissors many times since I have them and there is no rust anywhere and the plastic is not faded or cracked. I highly recommend these scissors They absolutely can't be beat, especially for the price!
