I don't usually write product reviews but I honestly think this product deserves it. I've been looking for kombucha bottles and have had several bad experiences with different types of jars and bottles. Despite some mixed reviews about these bottles, I decided to order them. The package arrived on time and was packed very carefully. Each bottle was individually bubble wrapped and completely intact. Installing the lid was quick and easy. I could literally do it with one hand. Don't try to pry the wires over the bottle holes. Simply insert one end of the wire into one of the holes in the jar, then insert the other end of the wire until it snaps into the second hole. The bottle looks great thanks to the quality of the lids, although it is plastic and not porcelain as some have noted it is very durable and well made. The wiring doesn't look cheap or dingy and the sealing is very good. Some have mentioned that it's difficult to depress the seal lever, but it's not that difficult and I'm actually more pleased that it's a strong and tight seal. I like you very much. And what is even more unusual of me, I add photos of my experience and its assembly.
