Definitely the look and feel of a PROFESSIONAL blender! Simple, easy to use and really exceeded my expectations for a $200 blender. I've loved everything about it so far, especially the countdown timer! Ice looks and feels like snow for a great shave that all kids love. I won't lie, making margaritas is always a priority with a new blender and it worked fantastically, especially with the pulse switch. Haven't tried it for smoothies yet, but I'm sure it won't disappoint. I will try to post an update as soon as I have it longer.
