great. works in Eastern Europe UPDATE I originally gave this product 5 stars but I have to reconsider because the product is not high quality. One of the parts inside the plug was bent when trying to plug it into a safe European outlet. I haven't seen such sockets in the US, but in Europe (in most countries as far as I know) there is a regulation that sockets have a safety feature that requires a little effort to insert the plug (this is a safety feature) . So the first couple of times everything worked. However, after a few days, one of the metal plugs just got stuck in the connector. When I opened it, I saw that it was bent due to the fact that the manufacturer uses inferior materials or it lacks thickness. I believe the manufacturer would have addressed this particular issue as it affects usability. All in all not a very good product and not recommended. Buy one as soon as you come to Europe. Dupont makes a good product; I know this because I use it instead of that cheap junk.
