Revainrating 5 out of 5

UPDATE: Defective model was replaced without any problems.

UPDATE: I posted this a few weeks ago but for some reason Revain never updated my review. Lepow customer service took care of everything and quickly sent me a new model with no questions asked! I am actually amazed at how painless the whole process was and I would say it was the best customer service experience I have ever had. 10/10 I love my new work monitor and use it almost every day. Thank you Lepo! Before this review let me say this product is AMAZING and totally deserving of a 5 star rating and mine seems to be a rare issue. The sheer amount of versatility cannot be overstated. I was able to use this with my phone, Nintendo Switch and laptop. The day it arrived I spent several hours testing different combinations to see what would work and what wouldn't. Here are some examples of what worked: Phone > usbc > monitorSwitch > usbc > monitor <usbc < anker powercoreSwitch w/dock + usbc power > HDMI > monitor <usbc < powerlaptop > HDMI & usb power (from laptop) > monitor This were my mainly with the monitor. as long as it worked. I was very impressed that the phone only required one cable to provide power and video to the monitor, while the Switch required only one connection, along with power from my portable battery. Suddenly, about two days ago, I noticed that ANY CONFIGURATION THAT USES USBC PORT FOR DISPLAY IS ALREADY NOT WORKING. Anything that uses HDMI works fine. One odd thing to note, if I connect my phone via USB and plug the monitor into my Anker battery, IT STILL CHARGES MY PHONE/SWITCH, but the screen no longer recognizes the video input from that port. So the port transmits power but no video? Based on other reviews posted, I suspect mine must be defective somehow because I haven't given the monitor any harsh treatment. Gosh, it was in a laptop bag on my desk at home and wasn't hurt. Imagine my surprise when I took it to a friend's house to demo and it didn't work! I left a message on their website but thought I'd leave it here too and hopefully someone can help me figure out what the problem is or get a replacement if it can't be fixed (which after my last few hours of fiddling with it , I suspect it is a hardware problem and there is no solution)
