The product was as easy to use as advertised. Definitely helps with loading stuff onto my roof rack. On my car, the front door locks were easier to use than the rear ones, but that can vary a lot depending on the model of your car, and that's the only reason. Why I gave 4 stars and not 5 because it's not as versatile as I was hoping. I have a Subaru Crosstrek, if you want a reference press I'm wondering what car I used it on. I recommend getting a set of two. So if you need a hand on the other side, the person helping you can step in as well. I got one the first time and another one later. Well worth the money which makes charging on the roof of your car a lot easier and less tiring.
